Conditions of sale

1.- General conditions of sale.

The customer acknowledges knowing, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, quantity, color, details of the products, cost of services, etc.) The placing of the order and its confirmation by the customer materialize the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.

2.- Price

The prices published in the store are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT.

3.- Payment

Bank transfer: If the order is personalized, or for merchandising (the client’s own drawing) once the model and design have been confirmed, you will receive a proforma invoice along with the account number where you must make 50% of the total, once the order is ready for shipment the customer undertakes to make the transfer of the remaining 50%, in the case of orders without marking, you must transfer the total of the same.

Card payments: To ensure the maximum security of your data, we will not store any of the debit or credit card data you use for the payment of a product. At the time of processing the order, the card data will be transmitted in a totally secure and encrypted way to the payment gateway with which we work, which will be responsible for carrying out the transaction with the bank complying with the most advanced requirements in terms of security in commercial transactions through the internet.

4.- Delivery and shipping costs of orders.

1. For orders within Spain, shipping costs are included, for international orders, consult country rates on the web.

2. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

3. Deliveries will be made within a maximum period of 5 working days in case of orders is stocks of the web and 15 days in case of personalized orders,

from the confirmation of the design or model sent by us. If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will let you know and confirm the date it will be available again or propose an equivalent replacement product. By default, invoices will be sent to the same email address indicated by the customer.

4. Shipments to the Canary Islands: Request transport prices. The customer undertakes to pay the customs charges.

5.- Product sheet

Although Ohtights constantly takes measures to ensure that the photographs shown on the site are faithful reproductions of the original products since they are photos to real models, including the adoption of all possible technological solutions to minimize errors, some variations are always possible due to the technical and resolution characteristics of the colors available to the computer you use. Therefore, the Seller shall not be liable for any deficiency of the graphic representations of the products displayed on the site when it is due to such technical reasons, since such representations are merely indicative.

6.- Return of Merchandise.

Complying with current regulations, it is to grant you the right to return any item purchased in the store within 7 days from the date of receipt, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition and unused, will be accepted without further ado, the postage will be borne by the customer. In case of defective or does not correspond to what is requested in the order, the postage will be borne by us.

For orders marked and that do not coincide with the requested, the transport costs will be borne by us. Before making the return, you will have to communicate it to the Customer Service department.

7.- Security of personal data

Orders are shipped through a secure server. The security program encrypts all the information you type before it is sent to us. In addition, message transmissions are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.

8.- Intellectual and industrial property rights

Ohtights is the owner of the rights of exploitation of intellectual and industrial property of this website and all the contents included in it. Both the design of the website, the photographs, videos, logo, brand name, information and contents included as well as the design of the products sold here are protected by Spanish legislation on intellectual and industrial property rights in our favor.
