Return policy

All products sold may be exchanged or returned during the following 14 calendar days, counted from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law. For reasons of hygiene, pantyhose once used will not be entitled to exchange or return.

Prior to the exchange or return, the customer must indicate his intention by email to:

info@ohtights.com and is answered by means of another email specifying the precise instructions to carry out said exchange or return of the product, with the necessary guarantees.

OHTIGHTS will send a courier to make the delivery of the new products, and will also take care of collecting the products specified in the change, in the same delivery process. No costs to the customer.

In the case of refunds, the cost of sending the original order is non-refundable. Unless the product has a defect or defect.

When the item arrives at our facilities we will check that everything is correct before proceeding to the refund.

You must complete the attached Form and send it in the return package.
